Our Amazing Team



I formed Sparkle in 2002 as a part time job to work around my children.  Sparkle has since flourished into a team of 11 valued staff who without their dedication and hard work my job would not be possible.

Although we have an expanding customer base, most of our customers have been with us for years and I am very proud and passionate about the service we offer.

What started as a part time job is now a full time job that is mainly office based.  To work in the office with me and keep me sane is Sarah who deals with Payroll and banking amongst many other jobs.

I live in Hayling Island and enjoy cycling, outdoor swimming and walking my Mini Schnauzer.

I started working for Sparkle in 2008 and I live locally in Emsworth.

My hobbies are tap dancing, and military fitness bootcamp and spending time with my family. I am a friendly, trustworthy, reliable person with a good customer feedback.

I enjoy working as part of a team and working in the office 1-2 days a week covering admin duties, I have a very varied/important role at Sparkle, with responsibilities within each job to fulfil. I also have a COSH certificate and an enhanced DBS.



I am Sally, and started working for Sparkle in 2017. I have a passion for most animals which include fostering hedgehogs till they are well, looking after my own dogs and birds. In my spare time I love a bit of DIY, reading and walking my dogs in the New Forest.

I can work well as part of a team and equally well on my own building up a trustworthy relationship with my customers. I have a DBS certificate.



I started working for Sparkle in 2017, in my spare time I enjoy dancing, walking, cycling and swimming, I also like to run for Charity.
I like working for Sparkle because they are a great team to work with and we also socialise outside of work too.

I get great satisfaction leaving a clean and tidy house for my clients to enjoy.


I have been working for Sparkle for a year, I have also had experience of working in the community as a care assistant, I have an NVQ in social care.

I’m a good time keeper, who is friendly and reliable, I also have good organisational skills. I can work well within a team and equally well on my own.

In my spare time I love spending time with my young family.


I have been working for Sparkle since Summer 2019.

An important part of my job is working as part of a team where I can demonstrate my good organisational skills, I have a positive and friendly attitude towards my co-workers and my customers.

Spending time with my family is important to me.
